2006 Stable Wars Proposition Wager

1.)           Patrons can wager on which “stable” will earn the most points over the course of the eight Breeders’ Cup races to be run Saturday, November 4, 2006 at  Churchill Downs.

2.)           There will be 10 stables consisting of three horses and one jockey.

3.)           The stables will be determined by Autotote Enterprises, Inc. after the pre-Breeders’ Cup draw, Wednesday, October 25, 2006.

4.)           Each stable will receive 5 points for a win, 3 points for second and 1 point for third.  At the conclusion of the seven races, the stable with the most points wins.

5.)           In a particular race, should a dead heat occur, the points will be awarded to each stable.  For example, if there is a dead heat for second, each stable will receive three points.

6.)           Wagering opens on Saturday, October 28, 2006.  Wagering closes 5 minutes before the post of the first Breeders’ Cup race, approximately 12:25 p.m., Saturday, November 4, 2006.

7.)           The Breeders’ Cup consists of the following races:  Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Filllies, Sprint,  Distaff,  Mile,  Juvenile Colts, Turf, Filly and Mare Turf, and Classic.

8.)           There will be Win, Exacta and Trifecta wagering.  Pay-offs will be based on independent Connecticut parimutuel pools.

9.)           Minimum wager is $1.

10.)         The takeout is 23 percent.

11.)         The official order of finish, as determined by the track stewards,  will be used for purposes of tabulating the results.

12.)         In the event that one or more of the horses in the stable does not compete in the Breeders’ Cup,  the stable will still be considered a wagering interest.  There will be no refunds.  For example, if horse B, in a stable that consists of horses A, B, C does not run in the Breeders’ Cup, this stable will consist of horses A and C with the designated jockey.

13.)         A stable in which the designated jockey does not compete in any of the Breeders’ Cup races, will be considered a non-starter.  Under this scenario, money will be refunded and the stable will be considered a “SCRATCH”  from the proposition contest.

14.)         Pay-offs will be posted at approximately 6:00 p.m. , on November  4, 2006.

15.)     Wagering will be available at all Connecticut Off-Track-Betting branches as
