1. People must be eighteen (18) years or older.
2. Membership is limited to one person per card.
3. There is no fee to become a member of the Trophy Club.
4. Membership and any associated program benefits are non-transferable.
5. Photo identification and or a driver’s license is required to redeem prizes or rewards. Only the account holder is authorized to redeem points for merchandise and or Trophy Bucks from any Autotote Trophy Club account
6. There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.
7. No redemption’s for cash may be made as part of this program.
8. Participants in the Trophy Club are required to have a phone wagering account.
9. People who wish to redeem their points for Trophy Bucks will have their Trophy Bucks placed in their phone account. People can only wager with their Trophy Bucks and may not withdraw them from their phone account for cash.
10. There are four club levels. People are entered into the program at the bronze level when they join the Trophy Club. People must wager a monthly minimum to qualify for a level. The wagering levels are Bronze, $1 - $2,000; Silver, $2001 - $5,000; Gold, $5001 - $10,000 and Platinum, $10,001. People in the Bronze level will earn one point for every dollar wagered. Silver will earn 2 points for every dollar wagered; Gold will earn 3 points for every dollar wagered and Platinum will earn 5 points for every dollar wagered.
11. People’s wagering levels will be evaluated every month and people will be moved into a higher or lower category depending on their wagering level.
12. Autotote reserves the right to move people into different levels at its discretion and to add points to a person’s account..
13. Autotote Trophy card must be presented to a mutuel teller or inserted into a self-service terminal prior to placing wagers. Unacknowledged wagers will not earn points and will not be credited. When using the self-service terminal it is the card holder’s responsibility to ensure the card is accepted.
14. Points not redeemed at the end of each calendar year will roll over into the next year.
15. The Autotote Trophy Club cards will only be accepted at Autotote locations, Sports Haven, Bradley Teletheater; Bristol, New Britain and Hartford RaceView Centers; Bridgeport, East Haven, Milford, Norwalk, Torrington, Waterbury and West Haven Off- Track Betting branches. People who have a phone account will automatically be enrolled in the Trophy Club program.
16. Prize lists will be updated periodically and are available at all Autotote facilities. Prizes are based on availability.
17. Autotote Trophy Club points can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
18. Autotote reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the Autotote Trophy Club program.
19. The decision of Autotote management is final.
20. The receipt of an application to the Autotote Trophy Club signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein.
21. The Autotote Trophy Card will be deactivated if there is not utilized in a two-year period. All accumulated points will be void.
22. Using the card to wrongfully earn points via deception, partnering or any other method will be considered card abuse. Noncompliance with these rules or misuse of card and privileges will result in loss of membership and accumulated points.
23. Autotote Trophy Club card holders are subject to all state and federal tax requirements.
24. Officers and employees and their immediate families of Autotote Corporation and its agencies and affiliates and the employees of the Division of Special Revenue, State of Connecticut, are not eligible to participate in the Autotote Trophy Club.
25. The right is reserved to terminate, revise, modify or withdraw the Autotote Trophy Club at any time without prior notice.
