1) People will deposit their losing Miami Jai-Alai tickets into the contest box at each of the Autotote locations beginning September 7. People will write their name, address and phone number on the back of the tickets.

2) On Sunday, October 5, one ticket will be drawn from the entries. The drawing will occur at 4PM at Sports Haven. The winner will receive Club level tickets to the Miami Dolphins - New England Patriots game Oct. 19 in Florida. The prize includes air transportation, hotel accommodations, $200 and dinner for two at Miami Jai-Alai. Entries at the branches will be accepted up to Thursday, Oct 2. Entries at Sports Haven will be accepted up to 3:50 PM Oct. 5.

3) A second drawing will occur December 14. The drawing will occur at 4PM at Sports Haven. The winner will receive Club level tickets to the Miami Dolphins - New York Jets football game Dec. 28. in Florida. The prize includes air transportation, hotel accommodations, $200 and dinner for two at Miami Jai-Alai. Entries at the branches will be accepted up to Thursday, Dec. 11. Entries at Sports Haven will be accepted until 3:50 PM, December 14.

4) Only losing tickets from Autotote facilities will be accepted. Entries from other sites will be void.

5) No purchase necessary.

People may enter as often as they would like.

6) People need not be present to win.

7) The promotion begins September 1. People may enter everyday at any Autotote location - Sports Haven, Bradley Teletheater, Bridgeport, Bristol, East Haven, Hartford, Milford, Norwalk, New Britain, Torrington, Waterbury, and West Haven.

8) The decision of the judges in all matters related to the contest is final.

9) All contestants must be at least 18 years of age.

10) Winners are subject to all state and federal tax requirements.

11) The receipt of a registration form signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein.

12) All participants agree to have their name or image appear in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, programs, etc) and to be printed in any publication.

13) Officers and employees and their immediate families, of Scientific Games Inc. and its subsidiaries and the employees of the Division of Special Revenue, State of Connecticut, are not eligible to enter the contest.

14) The right is reserved to terminate, withdraw or modify this contest at any time without prior notice.
